How TRAL came to be
TRAL IT Solution Pvt Ltd was founded on a simple observation: most businesses were dealing with too many vendors who didn't talk to each other, tools that didn't fit the actual work, and support that arrived after the damage was done.
We set out to be the single team a business could call for IT infrastructure, AI automation, HR recruitment, and legal billing — not four separate relationships, but one team that understands the whole picture.
That's still what we do. No unnecessary complexity, no overselling. Just the work, done properly.
